DWS is offering a 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program to develop future leaders in asset management.

The program begins with onsite onboarding in Frankfurt, followed by four six-month rotations across divisions to apply technical training and build a global network. As a DWS Coverage Alts Graduate, you will support client engagement, help prepare meetings, create presentations, assist with RFIs/RFPs, and research market trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement and growth initiatives for real estate and alternative investments.
• Prepare client and prospect meetings, coordinate materials, ensure accuracy of presentations.
• Create and update client materials, respond to fund performance questions, and assist with DDQs.
