Job summary

Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Career Management Center is creating an Associate Director, Alumni Career Programs to build a vibrant alumni network that supports student career exploration and job searches. You will design the program from scratch, recruit alumni, and implement engagement strategies with cross‑department collaboration.

The role requires overseeing platform deployment, training content, and ongoing program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in alumni programs or university settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and evaluate programs, budgets, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of alumni programs to support student career exploration and job searches.
• Identify and deploy technology platforms to manage recruitment, data privacy, participant matching, communication, training and evaluation.
• Create content and communications to recruit, train and engage alumni with the CMC, GSB and students.
• Establish processes to welcome alumni involvement, respond to requests and recognize alumni hires.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure a unified GSB alumni approach.
• Develop and monitor success metrics with ongoing reporting and improvements.
