Church & Dwight is offering a 2027 graduate co-op in Global Technology & Analytics. The AI Developer Co-op runs from May 2027 to March 2028, developing AI/ML solutions with Python, SQL, and related tools. You'll prototype, test, and implement responsible AI addressing real-world business challenges with leadership exposure.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and modern ML frameworks, while collaborating across teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master’s program in a technical field (CS/AI/ML/DS/SWE/Math).
• Proficient in Python or similar language and basic ML/DS knowledge.
• Experience analyzing data and developing technical solutions to problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in hybrid teams.
• Willing to work hybrid in Ewing, NJ Summer 2027 and remotely during school terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prototype AI/ML solutions addressing real business needs.
• Build and test apps using generative AI, LLMs, and related tech.
• Create prompts, workflows, and evaluation methods for outputs.
• Prepare, transform, and retrieve structured and unstructured data for AI apps.
• Write clean, maintainable Python/SQL code.
• Explore APIs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and AI agents.
• Assess AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, and business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into prototypes.
• Document approaches, test results, and recommendations.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
