Job summary

FranU in Baton Rouge is seeking a Graduate Admissions Counselor to manage the recruitment and admissions process from inquiry to enrollment. You will develop and execute outreach plans, counsel prospective students, and analyze admissions data to support enrollment goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating information sessions, Open Houses, and virtual events, while collaborating with program leadership and marketing to ensure timely and accurate applicant guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in higher education admissions or recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel overnight and engage with diverse prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of graduate applicants from inquiry through enrollment.
• Develop and execute recruitment and outreach activities to increase engagement and applications.
• Counsel prospective students on program requirements, procedures, and deadlines.
• Analyze admissions and enrollment data to inform outreach strategies and enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with Academic Program Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to support recruitment efforts.
