You will serve as the primary contact from inquiry to enrollment, delivering high-touch, consultative guidance to working professionals and adult learners navigating the application process. This position manages full applicant funnels across assigned territories, executes multi-channel outreach (phone, text, email, events), and collaborates with faculty and external partners to strengthen

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years in higher education recruitment, admissions, corporate talent acquisition, consultative sales, or customer service.
• Experience recruiting graduate students for master's or doctoral programs is ideal.
• Demonstrated experience with Slate or Salesforce or similar higher education CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective graduate students across all programs.
• Execute multi-channel follow-up strategies (phone, text, email) to engage prospects and drive enrollment.
• Conduct consultative conversations clarifying goals, addressing questions, and guiding applicants through requirements and timelines.
• Articulate program curricula, start terms, and career pathways using university resources.
• Provide guidance on affordability, tuition, and basic financial aid options, referring to campus offices when needed.
