Job summary

Iona University is seeking an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions to drive recruitment and enrollment for its graduate programs. You will build prospect pools, interview applicants, coordinate the admissions process, and collaborate with Academic Deans and campus partners to promote programs across the University.

The role requires some evening/weekend hours and travel; experience with Slate CRM and higher education admissions is preferred, with a service-oriented approach and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or marketing in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Higher Education admissions or recruitment experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build prospective student pools through outreach, college fairs and information sessions.
• Communicate with applicants via phone, email and social media to promote graduate programs.
• Coordinate the admissions process and coordinate with campus partners.
• Utilize Slate CRM and PeopleSoft for applicant evaluation and operations.
