Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Master’s level ABA Student Analyst to join our center-based program. You will provide early intervention therapy to children aged 18 months to 13 years, while collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

This role supports ongoing education with substantial CEU opportunities, tuition assistance, and a clear path to BCBA certification, including robust study groups and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited master's program (ABA/related field).
• Must have completed 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos ages 18 months to 13 years old.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
