Covenant Constructors LLC is seeking a dedicated Grading and Utility Laborer to support grading, excavation, and utility installation on field projects. You will work under supervision to help prepare sites, move materials, and assist skilled crews on active jobsites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in grading and excavation activities, including operating heavy equipment under supervision.
• Help install and maintain utility systems such as water, sewer, and drainage pipelines.
• Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, and backfilling.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
