Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC in Texas is seeking a Grade Checker to support our turnkey infrastructure projects. You will help ensure grading accuracy on sites and assist with excavation-related tasks. This role requires reliability, good reading of instructions, and physical stamina.

This position is part of a growing construction team handling commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Candidates should be available early mornings, willing to travel, and able to supply their own

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information
• Must be able to follow directions
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job (lift up to 25 pounds)
• Available for work 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturdays
• Willing to travel and supply own transportation

Responsibilities

• Ensure grading is correct on construction projects and that heavy equipment digs/fills to the correct depth
• Perform basic lath and pin staking
• Perform other duties related to the job site
• Regular attendance required
• Willing to travel and supply own transportation when needed
