Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead one or more grading crews.
• Coordinate activities per project priorities and specs.
• Develop schedules, monitor attendance and productivity.
• Manage material quantities, deliveries, and trucking needs.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Oversee heavy equipment operations and participate as needed.
• Monitor project costs and keep within budget.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
