Job summary

Sunrock in Butner, NC seeks a Grading Foreman to supervise a crew on installation and construction grading projects, plan schedules, review tasks, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires OSHA-related certifications, a NC driver's license, and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units; compute rates, ratios, percentages.
• Prioritizes tasks and handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew on grading projects; plan schedules and review tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA/MSHA/NCDOT guidelines.
• Train and develop employees; review timesheets and payroll deadlines.
• Lead by example; enforce client safety policies and complete required paperwork.
