Job Overview

Zenith Tech Inc. of the Walbec Group is seeking a Grading Foreman located in Southeast Wisconsin. The role involves managing grading operations on road, highway, and bridge construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours of work.
• Management and safety of crew personnel and public safety.
• Enforcing regulatory and safety measures.
• Checking line and grade; operating power equipment and other machinery to accomplish grading, slope, and yield tasks.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Construction Manager or other management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; CDL desired.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of construction trade experience with 2–4 years in a supervisory or grading role.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to work in variable weather and in dirty/dusty environments.
• Member of a local trade union or willingness to become one; union membership not required prior to employment.
