Job summary

LB3 Enterprises is seeking an exceptional foreman with mass excavation and leadership experience to lead our projects. If you love earthmoving, are passionate about safe, efficient operations, and want to make an impact in your community, LB3 may be right for you.

You will oversee field teams, ensure plans and specs are followed, and drive strong communication with customers and senior management to deliver the largest excavation projects across Southern California.

Qualifications

• Reading plans and specs and managing operations accordingly.
• Leading, training, and communicating with others.
• Handling field paperwork in a concise and prompt manner.
• Knowing when you should and shouldn’t ask for help from senior management.
• Going above and beyond however you can for the customer.
• Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen) with a clean driving record.
