Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 months of site grading or outdoor work experience.
• Ability to operate grading equipment safely and effectively.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment for site grading.
• Read plans on site and verify grade per site plan.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew using hand/audio signals.
• Perform pre/post checks and daily maintenance of equipment.
• Follow health and safety standards and company policies.
