Job summary

Pilgrim is hiring for a data entry role on the meat processing line in Texas. You will input grading and carcass data into the system via a console and ensure accurate tagging and recordkeeping.

The role requires standing for full shifts, working in a cold environment (34–36 degrees), and collaborating with USDA graders to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with USDA graders is preferred.
• Strong data entry and basic computer proficiency required.
• Ability to stand for full shifts and maneuver carcasses as needed.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

• Input grading/carcass data into system via console

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Good people skills
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and ten key skills helpful
• Ability to work with USDA Graders
• Must be able to maneuver carcasses as it passes on the chain to take proper image
• Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to work in cold environment (average 34 to 36 degrees)
