Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the civil construction industry.
• Valid North Dakota driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety.
• Review proposal specifications and prepare bid/estimate proposals.
• Coordinate resources statewide to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR regulations.
• Troubleshoot material quality and scheduling problems.
