Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' heavy civil operation experience and equipment maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Trimble Grade Controls.
• Ability to provide and maintain licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment walk-arounds and site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and maintain equipment.
• Lubricate, fuel and clean the blade and related components.
• Operate grader blade, adjust height/angle, and grade to specified grade following signals from the crew.
• Assist laborer or roller operator with dumping trucks and track load counts.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR and other safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with teammates.
