Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Special Education.
• MA Licensure-PreK-8 Moderate or Severe Disabilities.
• SEI Endorsement required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3 years experience with students with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, respectful learning environment with clear schedules and routines.
• Daily application of ABA principles to support students.
• Plan and facilitate lessons and accommodations aligned with State Standards.
• Collaborate with general education and other special education teachers.
• Support inclusion and promote respect for differences and inclusion.
• Implement IEP accommodations, collect data, and report progress.
• Collaborate with SLP/OT/PT/BCBA for a whole-child approach.
