Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2041 Graders and Sorters, Agricultural Products such as: Grade and sort products according to factors such as color, species, length, width, appearance, feel, smell, and quality to ensure correct processing and usage by manually dumping boxes of seed into treater; Weigh products or estimate their weight visually or by feel such as microbiotics like Pivot Bio and inoculants to prepare seed for planting; Perform seed counts; Record treatments performed; Place seed into containers by grade and mark grade on container for safekeeping; Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs such as removing trees, fence, snow and maintaining equipment; Take soil sample, mark container for grading; Prepare work area of seed quality meeting; All work must be performed after harvest and prior to planting; Must be able to speak English.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Experience wanted: 3 months

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
