Job summary

United Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled Equipment and Machine Operator to safely operate motor graders and other construction equipment. The role requires travel to various sites and may involve nights and weekends. Wage ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years in aggregate/asphalt/construction. Candidates must pass pre-employment checks and comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in aggregate, asphalt, or construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate blade/motor grader safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and address unsafe conditions.
• Maintain safe slopes and proper barricading at sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and simple servicing on equipment.
• Keep time and material records.
• Travel between locations as required.
