Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform duties as assigned
• Communicate and listen effectively
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel
• Perform physical activities such as standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking
• Assist with manual operations at heavy highway construction sites
• Participate in demolitions, remove trees and debris
• Perform some traffic control
• Operate tools and various machines

Minimum Qualifications:

• General knowledge of construction work
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work day and night shifts, with shifts varying according to project demands
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to travel if required
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
