Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company is seeking a capable supervisor to lead field crews on construction projects. You will read plans, organize and schedule tasks while upholding safety standards, quality control, and timely execution.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, strong communication with staff, vendors, inspectors and owners’ reps, and a willingness to complete all related project tasks. Competitive pay and benefits are provided in a total compensation package.
