Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage crew members.
• Read construction plans and maintain a working knowledge of standards and specifications.
• Organize, plan, and schedule work to meet job‑cost, schedule, and production goals.
• Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, inspectors, owners’ representatives, and co‑workers.
• Coordinate and assist the Project Management Team.
• Ensure compliance with company health and safety culture, policies, and requirements.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and co‑workers.
• Understand material and equipment requirements and complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Perform all related tasks necessary to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role on construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to read plans, organize work, and schedule crew activities.
• Strong communication skills with employees, vendors, inspectors, owners’ reps, and co‑workers.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships.
• Knowledge of material and equipment requirements relevant to construction operations.
• Must pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screening.
• Minimum required authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Compensation

Base hourly range is $35.00–$50.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
