Job summary

Shirley Contracting seeks a capable General Foreman to lead field crews in the New Kent/Richmond area. You will read plans, schedule work, supervise crews and coordinate with the Project Management Team to keep projects on cost and on schedule.

We value safety and quality; the role requires at least 3 years of supervision experience, the ability to communicate with trades, inspectors and owners' reps, and a commitment to our safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience on construction projects.
