Fred Smith Company is actively seeking an experienced Grade Foreman for our Greenville location. We are a heavy civil contractor working in commercial site work, public infrastructure and asphalt markets in North Carolina.

The role focuses on safe crew and equipment management, meticulous logging and timekeeping, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. Candidates should have 2+ years as a Foreman on relevant projects and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Foreman on Commercial and DOT jobs.
• Experience with grading and site work operations (water/sewer/storm drains, asphalt paving).
• Experience with plans, crew and equipment scheduling.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving history.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Valid drivers license with positive driving history.


• Must be authorized to work in the USA.


• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
