Job summary

Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced foreman for on-site supervision of crews on highway heavy civil projects. You will supervise workers, enforce safety, read plans, and adjust sequences to meet schedules, while ensuring daily reports and time cards are completed.

Travel readiness, knowledge of survey staking with lasers, transits, and GPS, and proficiency with heavy equipment are essential. A valid driver's license and outdoor work in all weather are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as foreman/supervisor in highway heavy civil construction.
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and practices.
• Must be familiar with heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
