GRADE CONTROL SALES SPECIALIST

Pape’ Machinery, the leading equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Grade Control Sales Specialist to focus on Topcon Grade Control and John Deere Smartgrade equipment in Fremont, CA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this role, you will drive customer engagement and demonstrations of Topcon grade control and other machine technology within your territory. Daily tasks include generating leads, creating quotes and factory orders, developing training and marketing materials, providing input on inventory needs, organizing end-user promotions, and other grade control duties. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, organization, and a team-oriented attitude.

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience.
  • Effective communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
  • Industry-related degree, or experience in 3D modeling, surveying, or grade checking (preferred).
  • Experience with Topcon products and John Deere Smartgrade equipment (preferred).
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to support product installations.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Compensation:

Salary plus commission.
