Job summary

LB3 Enterprises seeks an experienced grade checker to guide earthmoving on large excavation projects in the Phoenix area. You will read plans, set grade stakes, and verify grade using GPS rovers and modern survey tools to ensure precise earthworks.

Work safely around heavy equipment, communicate clearly with operators and project managers, and help LB3 deliver major projects with accuracy and efficiency. Pre-employment drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Reading plans, cut / fill maps, and stakes for large excavation projects.
• Setting accurate grading stakes and hubs.
• Using GPS technology to check grade efficiently.
• Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings.
• Communicating with operators and managers.
• Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen).

You’re Good At

• Reading plans, cut / fill maps, and stakes for large excavation projects.
• Setting accurate grading stakes and hubs.
• Using the latest GPS technology such as rovers etc. to check grade efficiently.
• Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings.
• Communicating with others including operators and managers.
• Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen).
