LB3 Enterprises is seeking an exceptional grade checker to guide LB3 iron on large excavation projects. If you love earthmoving, enjoy working with modern equipment, and want to make an impact in your community, LB3 may be right for you.

You will read plans, set and verify grading stakes, and use GPS rovers to ensure precise grades while safely coordinating with operators and managers. A pre-employment drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• Reading plans, cut/fill maps, and stakes for large excavation projects.
• Setting accurate grading stakes and hubs.
• Using GPS technology such as rovers to check grade efficiently.
• Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings.
• Communicating with operators and managers.
• Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen).

You’re Good At

• Reading plans, cut / fill maps, and stakes for large excavation projects.
• Setting accurate grading stakes and hubs.
• Using the latest GPS technology such as rovers etc. to check grade efficiently.
• Safely working around heavy equipment in production settings.
• Communicating with others including operators and managers.
• Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen).
