Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• A valid license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Manage student behavior to ensure safety and a positive classroom climate.
• Deliver instruction in line with curriculum and progress toward learning targets.
• Prepare daily lessons and activities and document student progress.
• Conduct parent conferences in fall and spring to discuss progress.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in district initiatives.
