Under the principal's supervision, the teacher will implement district curricula, differentiate instruction to meet needs, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment while collaborating with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred).
• Connecticut teaching certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with elementary literacy or social studies instruction preferred.
• Knowledge of Connecticut Core Standards, inquiry-based learning, and differentiation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with instructional technology.
• Must pass federal and local background checks.
• Reliable transportation; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
