• CT Elementary Certification (013) required.
• Bachelor’s in Education; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in diverse, urban school settings preferred.
• Familiarity with instructional technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standards-based lessons in core subjects including literacy, math, science, and social studies.
• Create an inclusive, nurturing classroom culture conducive to learning.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners, including ELs and students with IEPs/504s.
• Use assessment data to monitor progress and inform instruction.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and implement instruction and communicate with families.
• Utilize technology to enhance teaching and student engagement.
• Support social-emotional development and maintain accurate records.
