• Ensures effective communication with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Engages in continuous professional quality improvement for self, school, and district.
• Implements instructional strategies reflecting diverse student needs and backgrounds.
• Establishes a positive, engaging classroom environment and manages behavior effectively.
• Collaborates with peers, parents, and community stakeholders to improve instructional experiences.
• Integrates technology in teaching and learning processes.
• Adheres to safety procedures and performs other related duties as assigned.
