Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education with appropriate subject area.

• Utilizes assessment strategies aligned with WCPSS standards to assist in learner development.
• Ensures effective communication techniques with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with peers, parents, community, and other stakeholders to improve classroom experiences.
• Integrates appropriate technology in teaching and learning processes.
• Maintains a safe, engaging classroom environment and strong classroom management.
• Plan, align, implement, and evaluate instruction across varied learning environments.
