Job summary

Position

Gradall Operator at Zenith Tech Inc., part of the Walbec Group, located in Southeast WI.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Gradall Excavator and other construction equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, dozers, graders, and compactors.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to accomplish grading, slope, yield, and other site tasks.
• Maneuver machinery in tight quarters, around people, traffic, and utilities.
• Clean, maintain, and secure all equipment, and assist with minor repairs.
• Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record; Class A CDL strongly desired.
• Experience operating construction equipment and the ability to read grade stakes and automated machine control displays.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work varied hours including nights as required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Southeast WI and west to Madison, WI.
