Arrow Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a Server for a full-time role in Copley. The position runs Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30am–7:30pm, with compensation of $15–$21 per hour and a focus on creating a warm, home-like dining experience for residents.

You will greet residents, assist with meal service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment while promoting resident connection and well-being. The team values growth and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Capability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle with residents and foster connections.
• Prepare and assist with meal service, table setup, and maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Communicate dietary changes or concerns to supervisors and Wellness staff.
