Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Lead Server/Trainer at Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH. This full-time role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $18 to $19.25 per hour.

You will lead the dining room team, ensure exceptional service, and contribute to a welcoming environment for residents. You will be responsible for maintaining dining room standards, greeting residents, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team preferred.
• Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county.
• Strong English reading/writing/listening skills (8th grade proficiency) with Residents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining room looks pristine and service to residents is impeccable.
• Greet residents, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• Prepare tables and meals support items; roll silverware and maintain readiness.
• Bus tables and sweep floors to keep the community clean and presentable.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about residents' needs and changes.
