Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders.
• Handle payments and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in Grab and Go areas.
• Assist servers and host/hostess as needed.
• Provide courteous guest service and resolve basic concerns.
