Job summary

Kessler Hospitality’s Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville, SC seeks a Server Assistant to support our restaurant team. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and help deliver beverages in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires teamwork, strong hospitality instincts, and the ability to work over 40 hours with flexible schedules. You’ll be part of a boutique destination known for distinctive design and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
• Clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of proper plate presentation.
• Knowledge of all the ingredient details of every dish on the menu.
• Delivering food to guest quickly and efficiently.
• Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise.
• Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs weekly.
• Standing and walking for long periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
• Assists dining room waiters in the food and beverage service, set tables, serve guests as directed by the waiter, keep menus clean, clean table between servings, menu knowledge.
• Assists with providing tables with beverages.
• Removes solid linens and replaces with clean linen.
• Transports dirty dishes to dishwashing station.
• Polish silver and glass as needed.
