Responsibilities

• Communicate registration for Extramural sports with school leaders and families.
• Create 'coach’s responsibilities' folder for coaches.
• Submit attendance and timesheet information to payroll.
• Prepare concussion report forms and warning signs for parents.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain certifications.
• Communicate practice schedules and manage session limits and budget.
• Complete concussion training and maintain concussion records.
• Track concussions to report at year end.
• Work with Principals to ensure applicants complete the hiring process prior to start.
• Track attendance of coaches and participants.
• Substitute for coaches as needed.
• Supply and collect equipment for after-school activities.
• Handout and collect uniforms; ensure timely return of items.
• Hire & secure officials for Volleyball Games.
• Perform referee duties if unable to secure officials.
• Submit officials’ payment forms to Payroll.
• Cover crowd control at home games and assist at tournament games.
• Post and circulate schedules to communicate sport information.
• Report scores to the Extramuroal Sports Coordinator after each game.
