Job summary

Lambda in Quincy, WA is seeking a hands-on Data Center Infrastructure Technician to join our 5 days-per-week on-site team. You will ensure servers, storage, and networking gear are properly racked, labeled, cabled, and configured, while coordinating with supply chain for deployment of large-scale systems.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience with DCIM, power distribution, cooling, cabling, and proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience with critical infrastructure systems supporting data centers.
• Familiar with power distribution, cooling, environmental monitoring, and DCIM.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new server, storage and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabled, and configured.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in GPU and Networking systems.
• Document and update data center layout and network topology in DCIM software.
• Collaborate with supply chain & manufacturing for timely deployments of large-scale systems.
• Manage a parts depot inventory and track equipment through delivery to deployment stages.
• Coordinate with HW Support to resolve incidents and disseminate solutions.
• Work with RMA team to return faulty parts and order replacements.
• Follow installation standards and documentation for labeling and cabling.
