Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers worldwide. This on-site role is based in our Quincy data center, requiring five days a week presence to support critical infrastructure.

You’ll install, rack, label, and configure servers, storage, and networking gear, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document topology in DCIM, and coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and HW Support to keep deployments on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with critical infrastructure in data centers.
• Familiar with power distribution and environmental monitoring.
• Knowledge of cable management and DCIM software.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software in GPU/Networking systems.
• Comfort with traveling to new data center sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, label, cable and configure new server/storage/network gear.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues in GPU/Networking systems.
• Document data center layout and topology in DCIM.
• Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing for deployments.
• Manage parts depot inventory and track equipment through lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HW Support for high-level incident resolution.
• Coordinate RMA parts returns and replacements.
• Follow installation standards for consistency across data centers.
