Zenlayer is seeking a proactive procurement and project specialist to manage GPU hardware procurement projects from requirements through closeout. You will coordinate supplier sourcing, quotes, POs, delivery, and closeout, with a focus on accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

In-office workdays require commuting to our Diamond Bar office. The role emphasizes initiative, learning, and effective communication across Sales, Technical, Logistics, and Finance teams.

Formación

• Two years minimum in IT hardware, servers, data centers or cloud infra procurement.
• Experience negotiating quotations and terms with suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and timelines.
• Strong English and Chinese communication for supplier negotiations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with accountability and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Confirm hardware requirements and procurement budgets with Sales.
• Source suppliers, request/compare quotations, negotiate terms.
• Execute purchase orders and coordinate with Finance on payments.
• Coordinate delivery, manage delays and substitutions with Technical/Logistics.
• Keep stakeholders informed and improve procurement workflows.
