AZAK is a defense tech startup redefining electric mobility. We seek a hands-on Procurement Specialist to own end-to-end purchasing for autonomous ground vehicles and mobility platforms. You’ll manage RFQs, POs, supplier relationships, and BOM-driven buys to keep production on schedule and on budget.

Ideal candidates excel with ERP/MRP tools, hardware sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced lab and shop environment, in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience in hardware development or defense-adjacent manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical specs/drawings and source custom parts.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and ability to drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement operations, issue POs, and track orders.
• Coordinate quality inspections and lead RMA processes with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP/MRP and prevent stockouts.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery commitments with vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate BOMs into purchasing actions.
