Job summary

Parasail is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the delivery and ongoing operation of GPU infrastructure within partner data centers, including fit-out, installation, validation, and production launch.

You will coordinate with data center partners, vendors, and remote-hands providers to ensure timelines, quality, and availability, and will work with engineering and supply chain to align requirements and site readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting physical infrastructure in data center environments.
• Direct responsibility for managing vendors or service providers and holding them accountable for schedule, quality, and service performance.
• Experience taking deployments from requirements and planning through installation, validation, and operational handoff.
• Working technical knowledge of server hardware, rack infrastructure, cabling, networking, and power and cooling requirements.
• Strong program management skills, including coordinating multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving issues to closure.
