Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a storage engineering expert to design and integrate distributed file systems into our GPU cloud, optimizing AI training and inference I/O patterns.

You will own end-to-end distributed-storage integration, tune throughput and latency for large-scale parallel access, architect multi-region storage, and collaborate with Compute, Network and Control Plane teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in storage engineering or platform infrastructure with distributed file system experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed file system internals.
• Production experience with distributed storage (Ceph, Lustre, GPFS / Spectrum Scale, BeeGFS, JuiceFS, MinIO).

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate distributed / parallel file systems into the GPU cloud.
• Own end-to-end distributed-storage integration within platform.
• Tune storage throughput and latency for large-scale parallel access.
• Architect multi-region storage: data locality, replication, durability, cross-region access.
• Own golden images, templates, GPU drivers / CUDA, and the container / image registry.
• Build monitoring, capacity planning, and runbooks; eliminate single points of failure.
• Partner with Compute (delivery), Network (storage fabric / RDMA), and Control Plane teams.
