Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Senior GPU Systems & Fabric Engineer to bridge physical GPU/network infra with the Kubernetes layer. You will create a high-performance hardware foundation enabling AI-native cloud computing, handling Linux kernel internals, GPU architectures, and high-speed interconnects for scalable, multi-tenant cloud primitives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience with Linux kernel internals, C or Go.
• Hands-on experience with GPU architectures (NVIDIA H100/A100), CUDA runtimes, and distributed networking.
• Deep understanding of containerized environments and Kubernetes device plugin architecture.
• Experience operating, debugging, and scaling bare-metal systems in large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines for hardware lifecycles.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team communication skills.
• Experience in high-velocity engineering environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain integrations for GPU device plugins and Kubernetes Operators.
• Configure high-performance host networking stacks (RDMA, InfiniBand, RoCEv2).
• Build automated hardware remediation pipelines using DCGM telemetry.
• Implement GPU slicing (MIG, vGPU) for multi-tenant inference workloads.
• Profile and tune kernel parameters, drivers, and CUDA runtimes for performance.
• Collaborate with Scheduling and Storage teams for topology-aware data movement.
• Define standards for bare-metal provisioning and OS hardening.
• Lead investigations into hardware-software performance issues.
• Mentor team members and document the evolving AI hardware stack.
