Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking passionate software support engineers for the DGX Cloud organization to partner with internal customers, understand their workloads, troubleshoot issues, and create documentation to empower users. You will work across teams to improve platform reliability and user experience.

You will handle Tier 1 support for cloud platforms, define runbooks, triage root causes, and contribute to tooling and processes. Equity and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience with distributed software systems and Linux.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP).
• Background of Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, and DevOps tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for complex cloud platforms by coordinating with internal teams.
• Define and improve runbooks, escalation paths, and support processes.
• Triage root causes and elevate issues when needed.
• File bugs and report issues with Site Reliability teams.
• Build tooling to improve support process visibility.
• Understand user workloads and use cases.
• Partner with teams to feedback to engineering and develop solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems.
