Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group seeks an L1 NOC/IT support specialist to monitor US GPU data center operations and drive incident response. You will follow SOPs, escalate complex issues, and feed data to the AIOps platform.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in NOC or data center roles, basic Linux, and experience with monitoring tools. The role requires 12-hour shifts (8AM–8PM PST) and a mindset toward automation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in NOC or data center operations.
• Basic Linux administration and log analysis.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (8AM–8PM PST) with rotation.
• Interest in automation and improving runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GPU cluster health, network status, storage, and environmental sensors.
• Respond to alerts and execute runbooks for common incidents.
• Perform hardware triage and identify failed components.
• Execute standard remediation steps (restarts, re-seats, firmware checks).
• Collect diagnostic data for escalation and create tickets from start to finish.
• Document handoffs and maintain structured incident notes.
• Participate in on-site hardware deployment and inventory tasks.
• Update operational runbooks based on recurring issues.
