Qualifications

• Proficient in Linux CLI and basic networking tools.
• Understanding of Kubernetes core concepts.
• Comfortable reading and writing simple scripts.

Responsibilities

• Join the support duty rotation and manage day-to-day tickets.
• Accurately record and manage tickets in the system.
• Collaborate with Engineering on incidents.
• Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and triage.
